Who is responsible
Avatar Genie LLC runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described here (the "controller"). Contact: [email protected].
What we collect, and why
- Your email address, if you enlist. We store the address, which form you used, the version of the consent wording you agreed to and the time you agreed. We use it only to send PRESSURE FEVER playtest invites and launch news. The legal basis is your consent.
- Nothing else about you. We do not store your IP address, name or device with your email. To stop abuse, the server briefly counts form submissions per connection in memory, under a scrambled key, and forgets them within a day.
- Server logs. Our host records basic request logs (address requested, status, time) for security and reliability. They are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.
Cookies and storage
This site sets no cookies. If you switch the field feed to unfiltered, your browser remembers that choice in its own local storage on your device. We never receive it, and you can clear it at any time.
Who else handles the data
The site and its database run on Railway (railway.com), which hosts the data on our behalf. We do not sell, rent or share your email address with anyone else. If we later use an email delivery service to send news, it will process your address only to deliver our messages.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the game's launch news ends, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent, and ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, at any time. Email [email protected] and we will act on it within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Age
Enlisting is for people aged 16 or older. The game contains graphic violence and is intended for adults.
Changes
If this policy changes in substance, the version and effective date above change too, and we will tell enlisted players by email before it takes effect.
